Landmark advised Grupo Alfa in the sale of its Mortars and Adhesives Division to Henkel Colombiana SAS. In addition, both parties subscribed a long-term Distribution Agreement, whereby Alfa will act as a distributor for Henkel’s mortars and adhesives products in Colombia. Alfa is a leading player in the Colombian construction materials industry, with US$ 170 million in sales, primarily engaged in tile manufacturing and distribution. Henkel is a multinational company headquartered in Germany, with sales over US$ 20,000 million, specializing in laundry & home care, beauty care and adhesive technologies. |
