Landmark Alantra acted as financial advisor to the controlling shareholders of Empresas Coipsa on the acquisition of a 33.15% equity interest in the company. With this transaction, the controlling shareholders reached 100% of the capital. Empresas Coipsa is an industrial group of companies with more than 40 years of history, engaged in the manufacturing of paper and packaging solutions from waste management and recycling. Through its subsidiaries, Coipsa is involved in the whole cycle of waste recycling in order to create high value-added products.
