Landmark Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Fondomonte S.A. in Argentina on the sale of 100% of the company to Almarai for US$ 83 million. Fondomonte S.A. owns and operates three farms in Argentina, totaling 12,306 hectares dedicated to the production of corn and soybeans. Almarai Company, from Saudi Arabia, is the Gulf's largest dairy company by market value and is dedicated to the production and sale of dairy products and fruit juices.
