Exclusive financial advisor to Empresas Juan Yarur, the holding company of Chile’s Yarur family, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Salcobrand, one of the largest pharmacy chains in Chile. The transaction further extended Empresas Juan Yarur’s portfolio of companies in consumer-related products and services in Chile. EJY’s other companies include Bci Banco de Crédito e Inversiones, the third largest bank in Chile, the insurance company Bci Seguros, and various other consumer-related businesses. This transaction was executed by the partners of Landmark Capital while they were partners of IB Partners. |
